UnitedGames is recruiting advanced students interested in learning about the processes of developing, publishing, and promoting online games.
We are looking for interns who are well versed in the happenings of the interwebz and online gaming, and are self-motivated and interested in becoming involved in the online gaming industry. We offer a variety of internships in fields such as:

What are we looking for in an intern?
Developer
- Relevant education in HBO or higher
- PHP5 OOP
- HTML / CSS / Javascript
- MySQL
- Experience with Linux is a plus
Personal Assistant
- Relevant education in MBO/HBO
- Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language (written and spoken)
- Able to keep e-mail, postal mail, and other correspondence independently
- Able to welcome guest and work as a representative for the company
- Experienced with MS Office
Marketing
- Marketing education in HBO or higher
- Experienced with MS Office
- Administrative skills
- Independent worker
- Able to show initiative, be responsible, and are creative
- Experience with PR/marketing is a plus
- Experience with SEO is a plus
Graphic Designer
- Design education in MBO or higher
- Strong graphic design skills
- Fluency in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Proficiency in creating banners, advertisements and other graphics for marketing efforts
- An understanding of information flow, readability, and interface usability design principles
- Proficiency in creating interactive, animated web designs with Adobe Flash a plus
Game Designer
- Education in HBO or higher
- Independent
- Creative, intuitive, and well versed in game theory
- Able to independently create design documents
- Organizational skills
- Have a basic understanding of basic programming and design a plus
Internships are usually from September to January or February to June. We also welcome discussion concerning working your graduation project into an internship with UnitedGames. We offer a small supplement and, although we do not offer cheezburgers, we do offer a delicious lunch every day.
